There are no CT scan findings helps in diagnosing autoimmune hepatitis. However, a CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of complications of autoimmune hepatitis which include fibrosis, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly.

There are no CT scan findings helps in diagnosing autoimmune hepatitis. However, a CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of complications of autoimmune hepatitis which include:[1][2]
- Fibrosis and irregular nodular liver which confirms cirrhosis
- Heterogeneous hepatic echotexture which suggest active inflammation of the liver
- Hepatomegaly
- Splenomegaly
