Overview
Head andneck CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of hypopharyngeal cancer. Findings on CT scan suggestive of hypopharyngeal cancer include soft tissue mass, irregular thickening of mucosa, and necrotic region which is a sign of metastasis.
