CT scan
- CT scan is the investigation of choice for the diagnosis of neuroblastoma.[1]
- On CT scan, neuroblastoma is characterized by:[2]
- Heterogeneous mass
- Calcification
- Necrosis
- Compression of the surrounding vessels
- Invasion of the psoas muscle or kidneys
- Swollen lymph nodes
