Overview
Patients with endocardial cushion defect may have polycythemia on CBC, which is usually suggestive of cyanosis.
Laboratory Findings
Patients with endocardial cushion defect may have polycythemia on CBC, which is usually suggestive of cyanosis. Polycythemia sometimes may also result in abnormal PT/aPTT times.[1]
