History and Symptoms
Patients may present with the following history and symptoms[1][2]:
- A history of chemotherapy treatment
- A history of traumatic brain injury
- A history of radiation treatment
- Headaches
- Vision disturbances
- Prepubertal obesity
- Polyphagia
- Polydipsia
- Dehydration
- Mental retardation
- Delayed puberty
- Infertility
- Amenorrhea
