Overview
Surgery
Most men with this syndrome are not able to father children. However, some men have been able to have children. An infertility specialist may be able to help. By 2010 over 100 successful pregnancies have been reported using IVF technology with surgically removed sperm material from men with Klinefelter syndrome.[1]
