Echocardiography

The echocardiogram is diagnostic and shows absence or hypoplasia of mitral and aortic valve, hypoplastic ascending aorta and a variably small size left atrium and ventricle.

Doppler Echocardiography

• Absence of antegrade flow in ascending aorta
• Size of atrial defect
