Optical Coherence Tomography
- In papilledema, Bruch's membrane is commonly deflected inward, in contrast to eyes with optic neuritis.
- The elevated pressure in the subarachnoid space is presumed to cause this deflection and it resolves when the papilledema subsides.T[1]
