Case Study 1
Shown below are an animated image and a static image depicting PERFUSE grade 4 thrombus in the LAD. Outlined in yellow in the image on the right is the thrombus lesion in the LAD; the thrombus is visually detected by a haziness in the color compared to the color of the adjacent artery. Note that the linear dimension of the outlined lesion is two times larger than the diameter of the adjacent artery.
