Symptoms are more common after the tumor becomes large. Symptoms of hepatoblastoma include:[1]
- A painless lump in the abdomen
- Abdominal pain
- Weight loss for no known reason
- Loss of appetite
- Early puberty in boys
- Jaundice
- Nausea and vomiting
- Back pain
Symptoms in children

- Weight loss
- Rapidly enlarging abdominal mass
