Electrocardiogram

There is controversy about ECG changes in MG(13 heart diseas in myastheni). these changes are mostly non specific but the fact that they will regress after treatment of MG will rise this suspicion that MG causes these abnormalities.(7-8-9 cardiac involement in miyasthenia). These abnormalities include  arrhythmias (which can increase the risk of sudden cardiac death(khode maghaleye heart diseas in mG), Q-T prolongation(17 herat d in mg), conduction disturbances and ST-T changes(7-8-15 cardiac involement)
