Overview
There is insufficient evidence to support abnormal electrocardiography findings in patients with acute interstitial pneumonitis. Lung ultrasonography shows diffuse B-lines.
Echocardiography
There are no abnormal electrocardiography findings associated with acute interstitial pneumonitis.
Ultrasound
- B-lines: Bilateral diffuse B- lines are found on lung ultrasound. These can be helpful in the assessment of idiopathic interstitial pneumonia.[1]
