Overview
Patients with hemothorax usually appear dullness to percussion, decreased breath sounds, tracheal deviation, and dyspnea that can be life-threatening when hemodynamic instability and hypovolemic shock occurs.[1]
The most common symptoms of hemothorax include severe chest pain and shortness of breath. Orthopnea can be another symptom of hemothorax.
