Overview

Laboratory findings consistent with the diagnosis of preeclampsia include: elevated liver enzyme tests, thrombocytopenia, elevated serum creatinine, and elevated serum uric acid. An elevated concentration of liver enzymes, low platelets, hemolysis is diagnostic of HELLP syndrome.

Laboratory Findings

• Laboratory findings consistent with the diagnosis of preeclampsia include: elevated liver enzyme tests, thrombocytopenia, elevated serum creatinine, elevated serum uric acid .
