• Tachypnea
• Dyspnea
• Cyanosis
• Decreased or absent breath sounds on affected side
• Tracheal deviation
• Dull resonance on percussion
• Unequal chest rise
• Tachycardia
• Hypotension
• Pale, cool, clammy skin
• Possibly subcutaneous air
