Overview
Chest radiograph may show increased pulmonary vascularity and cardiomegaly due to ventricular enlargement. The heart size might be normal if the shunt is small.
Chest X Ray
In congenital rubella syndrome due to PDA , there may be findings evident on chest x ray such as
- Increased blood flow in the pulmonary vessels.
- Increased in cardiac shadow due to ventricular enlargement.
