Overview
The common risk factors for developing LV aneurysm include ST elevation MI, HCM, DCM and advanced age.
Risk Factors
The most potent risk factor for development of the LV aneurysm is ST elevation MI. Other risk factors include hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM), dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and advanced age.[1][2]
