Overview
Symptoms of cervical cancer include abnormal vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge and pelvic pain.
History and Symptoms
Early cervical cancers usually asymptomatic. When the cancer grows larger, women may notice one or more of these symptoms:
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Increased vaginal discharge
- Pelvic pain
- Pain during sex
Symptoms of advanced cervical cancer
- Loss of appetite
- Weight loss
- Fatigue
- Pelvic pain
- Back pain
- Leg pain
- unilateral leg edema
- Heavy bleeding from the vagina
- Leaking of urine or feces from the vagina
- Bone fractures
