• Enhanced physiologic tremor

• Parkinson’s disease
• Excessive caffeine
• Psychogenic due to stress,anxiety, and depression
• Hypoglycemia
• Fatigue
• Aging
• Orthostatic tremor

Less Common Causes

• Wilson's disease
• Multiple sclerosis
• Alcohol withdrawal tremor
• Hyperthyroidism
• Mercury poisoning
• Liver or kidney failure
• Drug Induced Tremors
