History and Symptoms
Rhabdomyosarcomas usually present as rapidly growing mass. They cause localized pressure effects on neurovascular structures. The symptoms of rhabdomyosarcoma varies depending upon the location of tumor:

| Base of the skull (parameningeal), Nasal sinuses or ear | Headache, facial pain, facial asymmetry, nasal discharge, sinus congestion, earache, ear discharge |
| Eyes | Proptosis, swollon eyelid, vision problems |
| Urinary bladder or prostate | Hematuria, painful micturition |
| Vagina | Vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding |
| Abdomen or pelvis | Vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain |
| Neck, back, chest, groin, or limbs | Localized swelling, pain, redness |
| Biliary tract | Jaundice, abdominal distension with pain, vomiting |
