On CT scan, neuroblastoma is characterized by a heterogeneous, calcified, and necrotic mass, that may encase the surrounding vessels or invade the surrounding tissues.

• Heterogeneous mass
• Calcification
• Necrosis
• Compression of the surrounding vessels
• Invasion of the psoas mass or kidneys
• Swollen lymph nodes
