Historical Perspective

Chondromyxoid fibroma was first described in year 1948 by H L Jaffe and L Lichtenstein. Desmoplastic fibroma was first described in year 1958 by H L Jaffe. Giant cell fibroma was first described in year 1974 by Weathers and Callihan.
