Common Symptoms
Common symptoms of [PNH] include:
- Due to hemolysis
- fatigue
- dyspnea
- dark (red/pink/black) colored urine
- jaundice
- Due to thrombosis
- headaches
- confusion
- abdominal pain
- chest pain
- Due to nitric oxide depletion
- dysphagia
- chest pain from esophageal spasm
