- Severe bleeding from GI tract
- Anemia due to bleeding
- Melena
- Blebs in the eye may cause vision related symptoms
- Blebs in the central nervous system may result in neurological manifestations

Vascular malformations when occur in the joint spaces may result in the following:[5]
- Joint pain due to damage to the cartilage
- Swelling of the involved joints
