Nuclear Medicine
- Scintigraphy may be used to differentiate Kaposi's sarcoma from other diseases such as:[1][2]
- Thallium 201 (Th201) scan is usually positive in both lymphoma and Kaposi's sarcoma
- Gallium 67 (Ga67) scan is usually negative in Kaposi's sarcoma but positive in lymphoma
