Overview
The hallmark of laryngeal cancer is hoarseness. A positive history of neck lump and hoarseness is suggestive of laryngeal cancer. Common symptoms include lump in the neck, dysphagia, and hoarseness.
History and Symptoms
Based on the locationn of the tumor, symptoms may differ but commonly include:
- Hoarseness or other voice changes
- Lump in the neck
- Sore throat
- Persistent cough
- Stridor
- Bad breath
- Earache
- Odynophagia
