There are no characteristic MRI findings associated with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer.[1] In some cases, findings associated with hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, may include: visualization of tumor depth into rectal wall (useful for pre-operative assessment) and lymph node involvement.[2]
