Overview
Symptoms of cervical cancer depends upon the extend of cancer and organs involved by distant metastases,in early stage of disease, most women are asymptomatics. Most common symptoms include abnormal vaginal bleeding, vaginal discharge and pelvic pain.
History and Symptoms
Most women with cervical cancer have no symptoms when the disease is in its early stage.
Most common symptoms and signs of cervical cencer include:[1][2][3][4][5]
- Abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Postmenopausal
- Intermenstrual
- Postcoital
- Bleeding after pelvic exam
- Abnormal vaginal discharge
- Pelvic pain
- Urinary hesitancy
- Dyspareunia
- Itching or burning of the vulva
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Abdominal pain
- Weight loss
