A chest X-ray may be not helpful in the diagnosis tricuspid stenosis but it is an useful tool to identify the concurrent conditions such as dyspnea caused by concomitant valve disease.

- Cardiac size may range from normal to enlarged.
- Right atrial enlargement may be prominent.
Findings specific to a particular associated congenital heart disease may also be seen.
