Indications

Common indications of coronary angiography in higjh risk ACS patients include:

• New ischemic changes on the ECG
• Troponin]-confirmed acute myocardial injury
• New-onset left ventricular systolic dysfunction (ejection fraction <40%)
• Newly diagnosed moderate-severe ischemia on stress imaging
