Overview
There is no surgical treatment of Fanconi anemia.
Surgery
There is no surgical treatment of Fanconi anemia. However elective splenectomy and bone marrow transplant are end-stage therapies for Fanconi anemia, as is true for any other aplastic anemia.[1][2][3]
