Overview
There is no role for surgery in the routine treatment of Hemophilia .
Surgery
Surgical intervention may be required in cases where hematomas or bleeds from the disease process cannot be managed conservatively, i.e. with major intracranial hemorrhages or joints destruction due to frequent episodes of hemarthrosis[1][2].
