Synaptotagmin binding, cytoplasmic RNA interacting protein, also known as Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein Q is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SYNCRIP gene.[1][2][3]

Interactions

SYNCRIP has been shown to interact with ACF,[2][4] APOBEC1,[2] SYT7[5] and SYT9,[5]
