The hallmark of Vipoma is watery diarrhea. A positive history of abdominal pain, weight loss, numbness, and weakness is suggestive of VIPoma . The most common symptoms of VIPoma include watery diarrhea like cholera, dehydration, lethargy, muscle weakness, weight loss, numbness, and flushing.

- The hallmark of Vipoma is watery diarrhea. A positive history of abdominal pain, weight loss, numbness, and weakness is suggestive of VIPoma . The most common symptoms of VIPoma include watery diarrhea like cholera, dehydration, lethargy, muscle weakness, weight loss, numbness, and flushing.

Common Symptoms
Symptoms of VIPoma usually arise when tumor reaches certain size. Most tumors are > 2cm and metastatic by the time symptoms arise. Common symptoms may include any of the following:[1][2][3][4]
- Watery diarrhea like cholera
- Dehydration (thirst, dry skin, dry mouth, tiredness, headaches, and dizziness)
- Lethargy
- Muscle weakness
- Weight loss
- Numbness caused due to hypokalaemia
- Flushing
