Hepatorenal syndrome (HRS) does not have specific clinical findings.However patient has reflect the underlying advanced liver disease, renal impairment, and circulatory abnormalities present.
History and Symptoms
Patient will be having following findings in history.[1][2][3]
- Abdominal swelling
- Change in mental status
- Coarse muscle movements, jerking
- Dark-colored urine
- Decreased urine production - oliguria
- Nausea and vomiting
- Weight gain
- Bleeding easily
