  • The chest X-ray of a patient with organizing pneumonia demonstrates non-specific features that resemble extensive inflammation/infection.
  • Findings on a chest X-ray include:[1]
    • Consolidation
      • It could be unilateral or bilateral
      • It is often migratory
      • Affects all lung zone but usually peripheral, subpleural and peribronchovascular
    • Foci of granulation tissue can be seen[2]
