- Escherichia coli
- Enterobacteriaceae (Klebsiella, Proteus)
- Enterococci
- Pseudomonas species
- Chlamydia trachomatis
- Ureaplasma urealyticum
- Mycoplasma genitalium
- Neisseria gonorrhoeae
