CT Findings
- CT scans are not diagnostic of organizing pneumonia, they often show non-specific findings and may demonstrate features of ongoing or resolving pneumonia.

- Subpleural and/or peribronchovascular consolidation
- Ground-glass attenuation and nodules
- Irregular linear opacities
- Bronchial wall thickening and dilatation
