  • Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura
    • Congenital

  • Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome
    • Shiga toxin E-coli
    • Atypical

• Secondary:
  • Malignant hypertension
  • Pregnancy
    • Pre-eclampsia, Eclampsia
    • Thrombotic microangiopathy
    • Hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, low platelet count (HELLP syndrome)
