Overview
There are no CT findings classically associated with Hemophilia. but in the bleeding episodes or head truama, obtaining a CT scan is helpful for detection of possible intracranial bleeding.
CT
CT scan of the head should be obtained in cases where there is concern for intracranial bleeding even with low speciousness however it is important to use CT scan with high cautiousness in lower age groups; MRI is the method of choice in this field when accessible[1].
