Overview

CT scan is routinely done in the patients with suspected aplastic anemia, to rule out other conditions resposible for pancytopenia.

CT scan findings

  • There are no CT scan findings associated with aplastic anemia
  • However, a CT scan may be helpful to rule out other condition like liver disease.
