Differential diagnosis
POEMS syndrome must be differentiated from other similar conditions which lead to multiple endocrine disorders such as autoimmune polyendocrine syndrome, Hirata syndrome, Kearns–Sayre syndrome and Wolfram syndromes.[1][2][3][4][5]
