Overview
(18)F-FDG PET/CT is an adequate tool for evaluation, diagnosis, and monitoring of the pathology. (18)F-FDG PET/CT may be helpful in the diagnosis of POEMS syndrome. Findings suggestive of POEMS syndrome include mixed bone lesions, lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, and serous cavity effusions.
