B-cell Lymphoma must be differentiated from other diseases that cause lymphadenopathy, fever, night sweats, weight loss, and rash such as:[1][2][3][4][5]

- Retroperitoneal cancer
- Pediatric acute myelocytic leukemia
- Rhabdomyosarcoma
- Melanoma
- Head and neck cancer
- Giant lymph node hyperplasia (Castleman disease)
