Causes
Prostatitis may be caused by bacteria. Aerobic gram-negative bacilli are the most common cause of bacterial prostatitis, with E.coli accounting for 50-80% of cases.[1] The cause of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome is unknown.Invalid parameter in <ref>
