Overview
Laboratory Findings
- A raised level of VEGF in blood; and
- Raised CSF protein level, as in some other neuropathies. Even when myeloma is present,
- Anaemia and thrombocytopaenia may be present
- Polycythaemia and thrombocytosis are often found.
