- Since dextrocardia is a physical examination finding, it must not be differentiated from other diseases.
- There are some conditions that may present with anatomic changes that may resemble dextrocardia such as: transposition of the great vessels, dextroversion and Kartagener, which presents with situs inversus plus primary ciliary dyskinesia.[1]
