Laboratory tests for follicular lymphoma include complete blood count (CBC), blood chemistry studies, bone marrow biopsy and aspiration, lymph node biopsy, cytogenetics studies, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, FISH, genetic testing, and immunophenotyping.

Laboratory tests for follicular lymphoma include the following

Complete blood count (CBC)
Complete metabolic panel
HBV, HCV and HIV testing
Serum LDH levels and serum β₂-microglobulin levels.
Bone marrow biopsy and aspiration
Lymph node biopsy
Chest x ray and abdominal ultrasound
CT scan
PET scan
Cytogenetics studies
Flow cytometry
Immunohistochemistry
FISH
Genetic testing
Immunophenotyping: BCL-2+, BCL6+, CD5-, CD10+, CD19, CD20, CD22, CD43, CD79a, heavy and light chains rearranged, t(14;18)(q32:q21)-85% with rearrangement of BCL-2 gene.
