Lab findings consistent with the diagnosis of SIADH are;
- Decreased serum sodium (<135 meq/l)
- Decreased serum osmolality(<280mosm/kg)
- Low BUN levels
- Low albumin levels
- Low uric acid
- Normal Creatinine
- Normal thyroid hormones
- Normal cortisol
- Increased GFR
