Overview
Electrocardiogram
Ekg may be helpful in the diagnosis of SIADH. Some studies have reported classic brugada like pattern (downward coving of ST-segment with T wave inversion is present in the anterior precordial leads) in patients with hyponatremia ,the EKG changes normalised after the sodium levels were corrected.
